Items ordered and delivered were not to the specifications detailed on the website. Easy mistake to make. Communication by email with Isabelle to rectify the issue was very good and most often made in a timely fashion with the exception of my refund request which was not replied to and forced me to make a phone call. Once I called, the refund was received in 24 hours. Would be happy to do business with Evolution again if the need arises.
