I have only used the 14" mild steel blade to make a couple of cuts in mild steel. It cuts fine - I haven't got any complaints about it. It's the same model of blade that came with the saw when I bought the saw a couple of years ago. That blade worked well until a pinched a piece of metal on the back side of the blade and busted 2 of the teeth on it. After that it wouldn't cut good.
If the new blade would cut harder steel as well as mild steel I would give a five star rating.
