Tools are great but customer service is shocking. Ordered on the Thursday for next day delivery, phoned late Friday as it had not arrived... promised that delivery would be made Monday... ok a glitch.
Monday phoned fir update and now told Tuesday because of the coronavirus... absolute rubbish I have not had any problems with deliveries to my business the whole time. They are just using this as an excuse for bad service . Last time I order direct from them!
