It arrived much earlier than Amazon stated which was good. The delivery man said that he had one and it was "A great bit of kit". How's that for an independent recommendation! It came with the most comprehensive instruction manual I have ever seen. The laser was 3 mm out to the left but with the help of the manual I was able to correct it. It is so quiet compared with the last one I had. Staying with the laser, my only moan is that it does not show on small pieces and cannot be adjusted to encompass this. I have only used it on wood so far. It went through mahogany which was 45 years old like a hot knife through butter. In conclusion I would say that this is well worthy of the 5 star rating and I wholeheartedly recommend it to both the DIY and professional market.
