WALTER KILLEEN
Our main metal cutting chop saw is the 7-1/4 Evolution. It's primarily because most of what we cut is 1/2 to 1-1/4 pipe or small angle iron. It is well within the cutting capacity of the tool. The smaller blade is also less expensive to replace. The manufaactured quality of the blade also allows us to have it re-sharpened. We have also added mist lubrication to extend the cutting life of the blade. In addition, we have a roller feed inbound table and a marked fixed length outfeed table for repeated cuts. Note the locking pin in the pictures. It prevents the end stop from moving during repeated cuts.
