I bought a refurbished saw in #EVO18603, it arrived and I set it up and made 3 cuts and it stopped working. I worked with Rob in tech support and he had me try a couple of things just to see if it was an easy solution so I could get back to working with my saw. None of those options worked so he sent me an RMA. The lead time on the RMA was 7-10 days and I have a project I wanted to get to before that. I proceeded to buy a new version of the same saw ( #EVO18905) as I realized I got a better warranty with new anyways. I am hoping the new saw lasts much longer than the refurbished one. I was pleased with the way the refurb saw was cutting. I think the product seems good, although I am naturally a bit skeptical now, I was just not super impressed with the return process for what was a "new" saw.
