I ordered myself a concrete saw to cut a new opening in a brick wall for a window as well as set plumbing in an existing slab. The box came damaged and the tool was dirty, as if it had been used before. I contacted customer service, and while they were quick to respond, they offered no assistance in fixing the matter. Tool works as expected, but I'm upset it was an 'open-box' item.
