I’m extremely pleased with the service and performance of all my purchases…except my 7 1/4 inch metal cutting blade. I’ve ordered a second in hopes that I just received a lemon. Other than that, customer service has been fantastic! I love there products. The R255SMS+ is by far my favorite tool to date.
