I have just purchased the Evolution EVO engine, generator and pressure washer. I already have this system as part of our business and wanted to get another system in place due to an increase in work. I purchased these approx 3 weeks ago and have had a bolt fall out of the generator, one of the feet on the engine frame has no thread so the bolt falls out and have already gone through 2 petrol caps as they are cheaply made and the fuel corrodes them. The pressure washer is fine. I have never had any issues with Evolution in the past. I have spoken with customer services who informed me to complete a warranty form and that someone will collect it from me- inspect repair/replace if need be. I cant afford for the machinery to be out of service for more than a day so Im in limbo as to what i can do.
