Placed an order online which, despite saying in stock, was actually out of stock. A quick phone call in response to their email and the refund was processed. Ordered a different item which promptly arrived the next day, excellent customer service all round.

The zero tolerance upgrade makes the rage 5s useable as it should have been from day one. The part is well made and allows the saw to make accurate, level thin cuts. The saw is now working as it should have been. BUT....I cannot give it 5 stars as it's pretty off to have to pay an extra 10% of the original purchase price just to have a tool that does now what it should have done when bought. I would be more than happy to hear from someone at Evolution and have them attempt to justify that to me. Better still, refund my "upgrade" costs, paid to make a product work as it should!

Ordered evosaw380. It arrived on Friday. Monday I called and got a rma to return and Ordered the 380cps Sent first saw back on Tuesday. New saw arrived on Thursday. Email notification of refund for first put back on my credit card. Very pleasant people to work with and very fast results. I haven't used the saw very much yet but I'm pleased so far.

Communication by email with Isabelle to rectify the issue was very good and most often made in a timely fashion with the exception of my refund request which was not replied to and forced me to make a phone call.

Bought an end of line product, Rage 7 Battery Jigsaw, which worked well until the battery needed charging. The charger was faulty. This being the only cordless tool sold there were no spares. Nevertheless the customer service response was excellent as usual issuing a full refund. Would highly recommend Evolution products and look forward to adding some cordless products to my collection when Evolution start to manufacture.

Unfortunately part didn’t fit my machine, returned and a had a swift, full refund. Excellent customer service.

This is my second saw,my first one broke within 12 month so was returned for refund, decided to purchase again so to early to review second purchase.
