So apparently I will have to wait in tomorrow, refuse to accept delivery and wait for the items to be returned to Evolution, before a refund will be started.

I recently purchased the Evolution cordless paddle mixer with an extra 8 amp battery. On my second one bag mix of plaster the mixed started smoking and packed in. Not impressed at all. Customer service was excellent though. They arranged a courier who collected a couple of days later. Followed by a full refund a few days after that. Hopefully this was just a one off with the tool!

Communication by email with Isabelle to rectify the issue was very good and most often made in a timely fashion with the exception of my refund request which was not replied to and forced me to make a phone call.

THEY RECEIVED IT BACK AND REFUSED TO REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS USED.
IT WAS PURCHASED AS USED IN THE CHILD'S PLACE.

Useless as a dust extractor. And does not pick up dust from the floor effectively. Returned for refund. Postage for return is over 10% of the purchase price and they wont refund that
