I bought the track saw and it was missing a set screw and 2 of the zero clearance were off and paper was stuck to the track and I got ahold of josh and he sent out another track fast and with no questions. Had my mitre saw for years now, recent issue with the guard not retracting, which causes it's own issues! Contacted via chat the customer service team, before I knew it, exchanged emails photos of the issue and the next day I had the part and the issue sorted.
