Brilliant products and service. Mitre saw and vacuum purchased. Both really effective. Mitre saw is solid and accurate. The vacuum offers powerful suction and cleaning during and after. The blower function on the vacuum is helpful.

Bought a table saw recently but the service department has to be the strangest ever when asking a question about using a sled with the saw I got the following "We would not recommend creating a sled as this is modifying the unit and invalidates the warranty" has to be the most stupid responce ever from a service department. What are the slides for ?

I bought the track saw and it was missing a set screw and 2 of the zero clearance were off and paper was stuck to the track and I got ahold of josh and he sent out another track fast and with no questions. This is a true company I would highly recommend buying from them Thanks josh awesome customer service......🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Had my mitre saw for years now, recent issue with the guard not retracting, which causes it's own issues! Contacted via chat the customer service team, before I knew it, exchanged emails photos of the issue and the next day I had the part and the issue sorted.
Fantastic customer service, Lauren was great at sorting out the issue along with the technical team! Much appreciated.
