“Efficient service and prompt delivery, the front clamp that came with the R255SMS+ came unassembled which wouldn't have been a problem except the screw to hold the knob in place was missing so I phoned Evolution. Initially was told the required screw would be popped in post next day but nothing after 6 days so phoned again and told a complete front clamp would be sent to me, and it arrived next morning so can't fault that service. I have assemble the R255SMS+ but not had chance to set up accurately but seems good so far. This will be used for DIY work and looks more than good enough for that and at excellent price.”

“This saw I bought is really nice. It has great power and cuts with accuracy. I regret not spending the extra money on the next one up that has a quick vice. I suggest to everyone who's wants a cold saw to make sure they upgrade with the extra money for the quick vice feature. To anyone like myself who bought the base model I would like an accessory that makes this upgrade available. For all the entrepreneurs out there there will soon be a market for this option that a lot of people won't purchase. Thanks”

“Recently purchased the upgrade zero clearance plate for my Rage 5 table saw. The initial delivery was missing the spare plastic insert. I spoke to Customer Services about the problem and within 24 hours I had a second replacement Clearance Plate and spare insert at no extra charge. Brilliant service and customer relations. Thank you.”

“Saw is great customer service is very poor I ordered the wrong size saw blade and have been trying to swap it out. This on top of sending an email within 10 min or so of placing the order before you even opened for the day only to be told you had packed the order and it was to late this was around 16.00 the same day 8 hours after I sent the email. My wife has called and emailed a number of times only to ignored. If you can sort this it will great. Please remember the all say if a customer has a good experience they will tell 1 person if they have a bad experience they tell 10. If you want to stop me telling 10 people my mobile is 0739 200 1331”
