Seems to be well made at a great price but delivery was incomplete which meant repeatedly chaseing the order, because of poor communication (non) from customer service team, unable to track outstanding item. I’m sure I’ll enjoy making good use of this new bit of kit but would rather not buy directly from evolution again

Order EIT1638 has not arrived 17 days after placing the order on May 19. Nor has the company indicated when the items might arrive. I received an email on May 13 stating that the order was being sent and that UPS would soon send information on the shipment. I have not received any information from UPS and my account with the company indicates that the items have not been shipped. I have sent multiple enails to the company to obtain the status of the order and received no response. The 800 number is always busy. I have no way of knowing if or when the items will arrive. I now must dispute the charge on my credit card. I am furious with this shabby and probably fraudulent treatment.

Fancy, selling a power tool vac and not supplying or making bags for it. Will now change to a more logical tool vac machine.

After losing a substantial amount, I opted to quit. The app is still active, but the community administrators are no longer present. Despite receiving what seemed like a large Thanksgiving bonus, my suspicion remained firm that it was all a scam, particularly due to the absence of withdrawal methods. I sought help from Mrs. Doris Ashley, hoping against hope for a solution. I was grateful when they helped me recover nearly $20,000, proving their integrity. I bought a cordless multi tool in April this year, now the blades will not lock in. I am using identical blades to those supplied. I have emailed, messaged both french ( I live in France)and English sites and have been completely ignored. Will not be buying anything from them again

Unreliable . Unreliable . Made an order before there clearly advertised off time , re arranged schedule , took the following day off and waited in. Nothing arrived . Called customer service only to be told they hadn’t sent to the couriers when they should so it wouldn’t be with me until the following day. Now can’t start the job I planned and am being paid for. To make it worse no apology , can’t tell me when or if the tools will turn up . I have been told that even if I source tools elsewhere , I can’t cancel the order. So apparently I will have to wait in tomorrow, refuse to accept delivery and wait for the items to be returned to Evolution, before a refund will be started. Zero interest in the problems they have caused the money I might loose or attempting to assist in finding a resolution . First time I’ve used evolution, likely to be the last.

My partner has just bought the vacuum cleaner to attach to his track saw....the pipe is to small and it rattles round in the connection of the track saw, he is not happy !!!!

Just like to say I have spent thousands of pounds on power tools over the years all top brand names at that time of the day then they break down and not cost effective to repair due to expensive circuit boards or brushless motors .So I needed a stone saw for a few jobs I didn’t want to spend a fortune so I purchased a evolution r230 ,well it finished up get put through a few hard slog jobs and it got a bit to warm after 16 months of hard work it was struggling so I phoned the local company to se if it was cost effective to buy a new motor the replay was give me the serial numbers . under guarantee no problem next morning courier banging on my door for it 7 days later returned to me repaired with a brand new diamond blade free of charge didn’t even pay courier charges.that is what you call a repair service.

Had a problem with my mitre saw, sent it back when it was returned the base plate seemed to be warped. I improvised but it was too much, contacted evolution sent photos and explained the problem, however up to now I have had no response I have even offered to pay for a replacement base plate but nothing

beware the free gift will not be available if using any discount code where disclaimer only mention the bundle deals which my understanding is mega saving bundle? btw, product is good just the marketing and terms is misleading. disappointed purchase... "Discounts cannot be applied on bundle deals, subscription blades or items already on sale. Multiple discount codes cannot be used in the same order."

Only one offer can be added to each basket, so if you have a free item and then add a discount code it will remove the free item offer. Build quality very very poor, the worst tool I’ve ever purchased. If you had return policy to return the tool l would. This was my first and last evolution tool I will ever buy. Regards a very disappointed Tony Allen.

Poor service, Just send email to said the damage issue is over loaded not a manufacturing issue and there fore would not be covered under warranty. That's fine, I require the charge to repair my R185CCSL without warranty, but the customer service just to said " unfortunately we don't offer a repair service on this machine as it is not cost effective" o my god. What means ? Such a popular machine couldn't be repair? i Just purchase one and half year from B&Q. Home hold. Waste money without service.

Ordered on the 28th of December and they had a promotion giving you a free jigsaw when you bought a loaded mixer however they only sent the jigsaw and not the mixer, mistakes happen so phoned up to sort it and get the mixer and received a 2nd jigsaw and still no mixer which is very annoying cause I am now back at work and having to mix plaster by hand, was expecting it to be here today as I had an email from them saying it was there mistake and would sort it right away but still not received it.
