“So far so good. Easy to set up and feels good quality. I will update the review after a few weeks of hard labour, let’s see how it stands up to it, but for now good price good quality and high expectations.”

“I'm a novis when it comes to sliding mitre saws but I have to say that I'm very impressed with the 210 SMS . It's cut is very precise, it's easy to use and out of all the ones I researched before purchasing this had the best spec and highest reviews- to which I add my own complimentary appraisal.”

“Bought a 185mm 230vc saw, as husband had recently retired and missed having access to works one. Chose a mid-lower range to reflect the amount if use. Used it to rip down skirting boards and cut up old laminate flooring into pieces to make it easier to remove. Coped well with both. Would recommend, excellent for the price”

“This circular saw is great. It has plenty of power for what I need it for. Im only an amateur DIY'er but it's great for me. The other thing I've found is that it's surprisingly quieter than I was expecting.”

“wow, i love this mag drill 28. drilled 60 5/8" holes in 3/8" welding table effortless lee, smooth no vibration, the magnet is strong i recommend this to any fabricator or hobbyist.”

“Needed a replacement circular saw. This unit is well made, easy to adjust, reasonably light weight and powerful. And I understand designed in Sheffield. It is just a pity it wasn't manufactured there as well.”

“R210 SMS + ... Solid build,easy to use,cutting mitres is a doddle,just remember to adjust the sliding fence when cutting at 45 degrees as the blade will cut through anything.I know because I did.Having said that,customer services were most helpful.I recieved a prompt reply with all the relevant information to obtain a replacement part.My only gripe is the instructions which required a bit of back and forward when assembling the saw.I bought the Evolution bench which is specifically designed for mitre saws and it holds it rock steady.All in all a great bundle and customer service to match.”

“Hello, Evolution power tools were recommended to me by professional builder. Amongst the other brands he uses Evolution. As a DIY enthusiast and maintenance person I use Evolution. I'm really happy with the price, very good quality and it's very important (especially for me) that you can cut different materials with just one blade! Tools have got 2 and 3 years warranty. Really recommended.”

“Bought the sliding mitre saw sms210 including an option plus kit. I mainly bought this extra because the main saw did not have a dust bag which I thought was important. The assembly instructions are difficult to follow and joinery is not my trade. However the vids on you tube made assembly easy to do and I suggest everybody does this. I have now tried all the wood cuts that the saw will perform and I am delighted with the accuracy and cleanliness of the cut. Nice and sharp. The saw seems to well made and the large securing heads make loosening and tightening a comfortable action. The laser aids accuracy and the overall design and finish looks and feels really good. I congratulate Evolution who have achieved through continual improvement on previous models, a really ergonomic quality saw which encompasses many safety features. The only issue I have noticed in the first two weeks is an almost non existent dust extract system. The bag that I paid extra for doesnt catch 10% of the dust and it is not much better with a vacuum. There’s got to be a better way! That said, I think the saw is really good value for money and I will put up with hoovering up afterwards.”
