“Very happy with the product but trying to register on line was a disappointment. Having filled in the details requested on numerous screens it failed to register. Ended up ringing them in order to register. Very frustrating.”

“I registered my saw to ensure my warranty was in effect. Since then you have filled my inbox with junk mail. The blade that came with the saw is poor.”

“Quality and price are good. However delivery was poor, with the product delivered to the wrong house. It took a week to track the parcel down. When I called customer service the lady who I spoke with was unhelpful and about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. It was my first purchase from Evolution and may well be my last.”

“La scie est livrée sans être réglée. Les fixations du plateau supérieur ne sont pas de nature à assurer une stabilité satisfaisante et de plus la coupe ne se fait pas à 90° par rapport à la base. La règle du plateau supérieur est mal positionnée et le guide se trouve déporté de presque 2mm. D'autre part aucune sciure ne s'échappe par le trou prévu à cet effet. A quoi sert donc un sac à sciure?”

“Le contrôles des pré-reglages usines sont correct, selon moi peut être serait-il bien de rajouter une lame qui coupe que du bois, en augmentant légèrement le prix du coup. Je n'ai pas coupé de l'acier encore, mais le reste, la coupe est nette, et la lame fait le job. Quelques kicks backs quand on a un matériaux dur. Après la machine est simple de montage, de réglage et d'utilisation. C'est une bonne machine, je la recommanderais en tous cas.... Après trois semaines d'utilisation peu intensive, un gros Point négatif sur la lame est apparu : J'ai coupé des tiges filetées avec la scie, la lame à perdu des dents en carbure, 3 précisément alors que j'en ai coupé que deux tiges, je me suis arrêté car c'est pas du tout adapté limite dangereux. Je suis un peu déçu par la lame qui coupe selon vous absolument tout, mais selon moi que l'acier doux et l'alu. J'espère avoir un retour de votre part, et je serais ravi de vous apporter plus d'informations si vous le souhaitez. Cordialement Clément CAZAUBON”

“The tool is very good except the tracks as it would very helpful if you could in sell the tracks with the clamps . You can check with Amazon I am forced to purchase the tracks with the clamps ,I think this is very unfair as it should be possible to buy the clamps separately,this have put me off buying another evolution tools”

“The rage 5-S multipurpose I had does what it says and you get what you pay for. It could be improved by adding a soft start when switching on. A micro adjustment on the fence for fine adjustment. The angle adjustment is 1.5 degrees out on the scale but, I use a digital angle finding tool that I set on the saw bed, placing it against the blade to get the correct angle. So that isn't really a big problem. The tool itself is a bit on the light side, not having enough weight to it when you push an 8foot by 4foot sheet of 3/4inch (2440mm x 1220mm x 18mm) plywood over it. When push the plywood through the saw it tends to move with the side with the feet staying in one place and the side with the wheels, they tend to slide across the ground. To prevent this I just put a weighted object behind the back edge of the saw on the floor to prevent this moving as this is quite a dangerous problem when the saw as a whole moves when cutting down a sheet of plywood. When cutting wood, which is what I use it for primarily. Even with my dust extractor connected, most of the sawdust falls through the saw and onto the floor and isn't extracted off. The extractor I use extracts all shavings and dust from my combination planer so I can only assume it is something to do with the design of the saw and not a problem with my dust extractor. As I have previously stated earlier you get what you pay for, and it is an acceptable machine for the money paid for it.”

“Saw starts up with a hollow/ wobbly sound until up to speed. Took it back to the shop where they thought it is concerning enough to give you guys a ring to see if this is normal. Safteywise no concerns, however. 4 working days later they still have not been able to get an answer by email or phone. I read excellent comments about your customer service, but this does not seem to apply to your Dutch service centre. 3 stars because no idea yet.”
