“Saw starts up with a hollow/ wobbly sound until up to speed. Took it back to the shop where they thought it is concerning enough to give you guys a ring to see if this is normal. Safteywise no concerns, however. 4 working days later they still have not been able to get an answer by email or phone. I read excellent comments about your customer service, but this does not seem to apply to your Dutch service centre. 3 stars because no idea yet.”

“la machine est arrivée en 110 v , en France nous utilisons du 220 v pouvez vous me procurer une machine en 220 v naturellement les frais de transport à ma charge merci, cordialement Maurice D'Heygere , gîte Le Souleilha à Castelnaudary”

“I tried and failed to register my saw for three years despite everything seeming well. I then phoned and did it over the phone. I was promised a confirmation email which never arrived so I still do not know if I am covered. Really not good enough. Perhaps you can send confirmation as a result of this review.”
