“I bought the track saw and it was missing a set screw and 2 of the zero clearance were off and paper was stuck to the track and I got ahold of josh and he sent out another track fast and with no questions. This is a true company I would highly recommend buying from them Thanks josh awesome customer service......🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘”

“I bought a table saw, with the blade that curs almost anything, I have now had it a few years and have built a garage and a summer house using it. Ir is the best tool I have ever bought and still going strong. I would certainly recommend evolution tools as they do what they are designed to do an last for an eternity.”

“Very happy with my Evolution Circular Saw, i have purchased this tool 4 years ago and it has been absolute gem. It handled everything i have thrown at the machine. The blade still in perfect condition and does the job. I am looking to expand my EPT ownership with more machines. My order was from Screwfix but it is still a good value and quality.”

“Seems to be well made at a great price but delivery was incomplete which meant repeatedly chaseing the order, because of poor communication (non) from customer service team, unable to track outstanding item. I’m sure I’ll enjoy making good use of this new bit of kit but would rather not buy directly from evolution again”

“Had my mitre saw for years now, recent issue with the guard not retracting, which causes it's own issues! Contacted via chat the customer service team, before I knew it, exchanged emails photos of the issue and the next day I had the part and the issue sorted. Fantastic customer service, Lauren was great at sorting out the issue along with the technical team! Much appreciated.”

“Order EIT1638 has not arrived 17 days after placing the order on May 19. Nor has the company indicated when the items might arrive. I received an email on May 13 stating that the order was being sent and that UPS would soon send information on the shipment. I have not received any information from UPS and my account with the company indicates that the items have not been shipped. I have sent multiple enails to the company to obtain the status of the order and received no response. The 800 number is always busy. I have no way of knowing if or when the items will arrive. I now must dispute the charge on my credit card. I am furious with this shabby and probably fraudulent treatment.”

“Will update after use. Arrived today and at the bottom of box there was a few screws i had to put back in.”
