Very happy now I have used it but I haven't given 5 stars because there wasn't a dust bag inside the box as it doesn't come with one. For the amount of money you pay would think it would though

Purchased RAGE3S 210 sliding mitre saw from tool station and was happy with price . When assembling saw was unable to fit sliding carriage locking screw due to the hole for same not being threaded . Due to needing to use saw same day was not convenient to return to dealer .Have used saw and am happy with performance .

I have been thinking of getting a mitre saw. I saw this model adverised in Screw Fix. As it was just for DIY it appeared to cover all options and I was not disappointed, a handy tool. What did do was to manufacture a mounting base to allow it to be secured to my work mate.

Needed a mitre saw for a shed building project. Excellent price from Screwfix & also bought the bench to make the machine more stable, overall the combination is good. The saw works well but I find that it is very difficult to set the bevel angles easily as it is very difficult to read the graduations on the scale as they are very small & behind a piece of plastic. Overall a good machine

Good tool for the price. I am always surprised how plastics everything has become. In the long run I cannot see some of the parts lastingp but time will tell.

The recriprcating saw was very good but the pivot plate, which is held in place with by two screws, keeps slipping back to the fully retracted postion no matter how firmly the two screws are tightened. I think that there should have been a more positive location mechaniam even if this restricted the positioning to a number of set positions.

I have been after a table saw for a while and even made my own using a circular saw, however, after blowing the motor I decided to look for the real deal. The fury table saw is so easy to use and the cut is really good for what I need it for. My only criticism is the fence is too short. I would prefer it to go the length of the table, other than that, great bit of kit.

I think this a great tool but the adjustment for the fence is difficult to use, partly because of the mechanism and partly because the deck is not machined consistently underneath. It could benefit from a ratchet type mechanism. Great tool though and fantastic OEM blades.

I have recently retired and have always wanted a workshop with some power tools in, to enable me to develop my interest in woodwork. After a lot of research I decided to go with The evolution Fury 5-S as my Table Saw, it was a toss up between this and a Clarke CTS 10D Anyway to cut to the chase, the saw arrived and I used it to rip up some ¾ Ply with no issues at all, but when I started to cut some 16mm strips of hard Plastic I found that the cut was 16mm at one end and 17mm at the other. This was caused by the flexing in the rip fence as it is unsupported at the far end of the table. Research online shows that this is an issue with a lot of “budget” Table Saws (yes you get what you pay for) but this saw is a good machine but users will have little confidence in accuracy when cutting thin or thinner materials. More expensive table saws has a more substantial fence and users have the confidence that cuts are going to be accurate. I am in no way complaining about the saw, but pointing out that this is a flaw in the design and I believe I have an answer. Looking to purchase a “sturdier” Fence online I soon realised that I was going to struggle to get something off the shelf to fit the Fury 5-S. Whilst looking at the Saw I thought I would be able to adapt the fence if I could get hold of some parts from Evolution. I looked at the parts list for the 5-S and rang support and spoke to the technician in the workshop and he organised from my list for sales to get me a price (small discount given) The parts arrive the next day (fantastic service) (I am still waiting for the Left Guide Rail as there were non in stock) Within the hour I had fully adapted the fence by fitting the right guide rail to the rear of the table (left still to do) and fitting the Rip Fence Assembly. Taking a measurement I used the Fury 5-S to cut the fence down ready to join to the original. I cut some 9mm MDF board I had in my Worksop (garage) and carefully ripped 2 pieces to size using the mitre gauge, I then proceeded to join the two fences together and that completed the adaptation. I will probably replace the mdf with oak now that I have proved the concept. I now feel more confident when cutting thin strips of material as there is NO flexing of the fence, and another advantage is the fact that when you want to use the table on the other side of the saw blade you now no longer have to disassemble the rip fence and turn it round.
