“All technical products occasionally need fixing. The technical department at Evolution are fantastic-answer the phone quickly, help with the problem and provide a fix--a refreshing change. In particular a chap called Alan is amazing to deal with, old fashioned parson to person advice and help. Great company, great products, great staff--I only but evo now where they have the product.”

“To start with, the customer support was as thorough as it could be over the phone although the problem with the tool wasn't sorted. I did however receive a refund quickly and easily for parts that hadn't solved it. The tool only lasted about three years with not much use hence my 'poor' rating.”

“Great circular saw - everything I was hoping it would be. I had a slight issue with a crack in the cable & they collected, repaired & delivered my saw withing three days from start to finish - now that's what I call great customer service. Communication arranging the repair was a breeze too. Very happy :-)”

“I registered my saw to ensure my warranty was in effect. Since then you have filled my inbox with junk mail. The blade that came with the saw is poor.”

“Lightweight,very smooth (cuts like butter). Opened a “yellow saw” for years. The Evo is a major improvement in my opinion. Can’t wait to slice some steel!”

“Rec'd a product with a minor problem, a bolt had been cross threaded on a lever. Registered product, filed a warranty claim, rec'd a response, sent pic of problem part, all in about 4 hours on a Friday, very pleased! The final response was "Spare bits will be despatched Monday" Rec'd Tuesday! Excellant service”

“As a carpenter , I found had the need to buy a compound Mitre saw,After days of research and looking via the internet l came across the saw that ticked my box. Very happy with the power & ability to do what you would expect a much dearer saw to do , Easy to put together.Yes would recommend this product.Next item for me is their saw stand, but in a while.”

Please let us assure you that you have not been forgotten. We are still waiting on a response from our factory. As our factory is based in China, with the ongoing issues over there we are experiencing delays. As soon as we do have an answer we will come back to you.
