“I have just purchased the Evolution EVO engine, generator and pressure washer. I already have this system as part of our business and wanted to get another system in place due to an increase in work. I purchased these approx 3 weeks ago and have had a bolt fall out of the generator, one of the feet on the engine frame has no thread so the bolt falls out and have already gone through 2 petrol caps as they are cheaply made and the fuel corrodes them. The pressure washer is fine. I have never had any issues with Evolution in the past. I have spoken with customer services who informed me to complete a warranty form and that someone will collect it from me- inspect repair/replace if need be. I cant afford for the machinery to be out of service for more than a day so Im in limbo as to what i can do.”

“Relevant adapter had to be significantly modified to fit the too it was supposedly made for. Now it fits ok, but without some relevant DIY skills, most people would have struggled to get it to fit at all.”

“I got my first 14in chop saw around two years ago .... been using it like crazy.... has work great ... til a couple weeks ago. Called Evolution.. they said it's under warranty.. they would take care of it... and for that I went and bought me another one a sending them the first on for repair/replacement.. it's best to have two or more of a good thing when starting a small mobile welding... thanks guys..”
