I’ve owned a number of Evolution tools and find them suitable for what I need. The price is about right for this level of quality and I have no issues with the accuracy.

Very good mitre saw but the fence went out of line which affected my cuts. Tried to get a replacement but no lUck was offered one at £20 including post and oaggage

The saw is brilliant but unfortunately the laser doesn’t work indoor or outdoor, is this something that can be corrected as I live close the manufacturing facility in Sheffield.

Excellent tool but a bit fiddly to get a straight line start. Once you work out how to do it its ok

I’m a DIY-er and needed something better than basic. This tool was recommended by a professional friend and it’s surpassed what I expected if it. Great VFM, good quality and the joints it produced were perfect with no filling needed. Easy to get used to and very versatile allowing cuts in two different plains. Recommended, with single and double bevel versions available.

The jury is still.out as l haven't yet used it much. What can l say so far? 1. It came with a few parts missing, some screws lying in bottom of the box, but clamping plates missing from table extension slides. I guess l'll need to make replacements. 2. The instructions are diabolical. It's a simple task, complicated unnecessarily by poor drawings. One good, exploded pictorial would have sufficed. 3. I've built my own base. Even without the feet it doesn't achieve level. Don't need mobile, but it folds neat if you do transport and use outdoors a lot. Aside from missing bits (can l get them?) it seems as good as any other similar cost tablesaw.

Circular saw has done exactly what I expected. Clean cuts in joists, and east adjustments.

This is a review for the RAGE5S table saw. For the price I paid, I think it is a good table saw. The saw was out of true straight out of the box, so some tuning is required. I have had to modify the saw vertical angle indicator, and the fence as they were out of square by a degree or so. The good thing is that everything is adjustable. Once adjusted, I found the settings to stay the way they are. The fence slides along a channel, and does have a bit of slop, but once locked in, it doesnt move. The foldable stand makes it very handy to move around, and it is easily folded up when not in use. One thing I really like about the table saw is the table itself - it is a cast iron table which does not flex. The table has extendable sides which are not cast though, they are pressed sheet metal. But they are fine. Overall, this table saw is good for the price. I didnt give it 5 stars due to the alignment issues. I give it 4.5stars

Great piece of kit for the DIY person such as myself, accurate and very robust considering the target market, extremely good value for the price. A few minor niggles though, why put an ad sticker on the table base, it's a pain to remove and leaves a sticky residue on the nice finish of the base. I went for the plus model and got the improved clamps and dust bag attachments, dust bag is useless, if not using outdoors use a vacuum attatchment, even so still a fair amount of dust especially with MDF. The clamps are big improvement over the basic model but let down by the retaining screws, as supplied they vibrate loose simply because the end of the screws are unfinished, for proper contact they need to be domed, a few minutes with a belt sander solved that problem. Anyway, apart from niggles, I am more than happy to recommend this machine and believe that it was the right choice for me and many DIY fans. As for daily use by a tradesman I'm not so sure, I would think not.

Bought a Evolution Power saw a good few years ago and still going strong but was lent out to family and with covid 19 couldn't get it back so ordered a brand new RAGE3-S: 210mm sliding mitre saw with 60 x 210mm cross cut (Discontinued) for less than £100.00 direct from Evolution. The only thing wrong is the dust bag ..All the saw dust goes everywhere except the dust bag???????????? Other than that a good buy.

Love my rage 3db saw. Coming in really handy for decking and garden woodwork. I do think the dustbag should come as standard but bought it anyway
