“This is a very good saw for the money. I wasn't impressed with the instructions for assembly but I got there in the end. Spent most of the day fine tuning it as most things were slightly out of alignment, but they are spot on now. Negative for me was the blade, blade marks all over the timber. As I will only be cutting wood I changed the blade out for a much higher quality blade, the difference is amazing. All in all a really good saw with plenty of features and a 3 year warranty, what's not to like.”

“It's not hard to work out for someone like myself but I could see a first time DIY user possibly put the blade on the wrong way round as there is no indication on either the blade, the saw or the documentation telling you direction of rotation R210SMS sliding mitre saw”

“Good saw for the price and does what it says. Would recommend to others for general jobs. Maybe buy a more expensive saw if it's for your everyday work.”

“Excellent value power saw which coped effectively with 20mm hardwood skirting. Mitre locking screw difficult to tighten sufficiently by hand to prevent mitre movement when cutting bevels. Otherwise, brilliant!”

“It's early days yet but the mitre saw I bought seems to be good. I'm sure it would be improved with the stand and extension rests. Something to think about for later but generally happy with my purchase, definitely value for money.”

“As a DIY/tinkerer, I love the concept of the MF blade on my Rage 5S table saw! The blade gives a very clean wood cut; a bit nervous to try on steel!! Setting up the folding stand was a nightmare and the B&W images in the manual were inadequate. YouTube was the answer (thank you Darrel Platten!!). That aside, packaging was good and parts fitted well together. Made a 8x8" box the first day using the really solid fence system for edge rebating and cutting to size. (Both the fence and the mitre gauge need adjusting for square with the blade, but once done, a very effective piece of machinery) A really good, portable and value-for-money addition to my man-shed.”

“I thought about buying one of these saws before but stopped short because on inspection I thought they were a bit "plasticky" if you see what I mean. Then my son in law bought one with a 210mm blade & trying his saw changed my mind. For £150 & with a 3 year gtee. I bought the RMS255 with the 255mm blade that cuts 300 x 80 at right angles. It connects to my Karcher vac & using it is simple to use. The right angle cut is near enough spot on, & the laser works fine. I haven't tried mitreing yet. I have read some poor reports about the saw but this one works fine. Even my wife likes it because its quieter than my Skilsaw. Assembly was ok. Have only had it short length of time, but it seems a good saw for the price.”
