I would like to review your product, however, I have not received it. Fed Ex screwed up again and failed to find the actual address to drop it at.

The tool that I own was made badly (quality wise) when I sent it off for repairs and then I was told I broke it on purpose and they refused to repairs it sending me photos of the broken parts making me out to look like I'm stupid. I used to buy tools from here and they were good quality and lasted more than 3 years with no issue now they don't last a year.

Jigsaw parts ordered. Arrived but poor fit so not usable. Contacted Evolution Customer Services. Promised a call from Technical Support also forwarded photos as requested. 3 days later still waiting. Job unfinished. Now I can check to see if my machine has an 18V battery and can I also provide my serial number. What is going on Evolution? Like your equipment but your back up is a different matter.

Terrible saw. I'm relagating it to chopping 2x4s, if it can handle that. I'm giving up on cutting any metal at all with it. I've broken tips on 3 blades just trying it out, and that includes 2 Diablo Steel Demon blades. Also broke the fence during testing. They were nice enough to send me another fence but I feel that this saw is just too dangerous to continue trying to cut metal with it. I can cut metal just fine on my regular miter saw and my circular saw with the Steel Demon blades. I really wanted to like this saw but I'm not going to continue destroying blades trying to get it to work. I don't know what is wrong, maybe the speed is too slow. That's why I bought it, for the slower speed to cut metal. Whatever is I'm afraid to try it on any metal again.

Spilt just as much as it should of collected, had to use a cable tie to try secure connection between pipe and dust bag

The power tools are great. The delivery is -10 as you don’t deliver when you say (UPS are a waste of space). You say you will deliver in 24 hrs but doesn’t happen. Reschedule with no reason. This has now happened twice. Got jobs booked in and men on site waiting. Emailed a complaint but you don’t even acknowledge getting it. Very poor. Will be buying else where from now on.

Purchased the Circular Track Saw but returned due to absolutely shocking lack of dust extraction. For some reason the Evolution design is completely different to virtually every other make with as much if the blade enclosed . This design then minimises the sawdust escaping and maximises the amount your dust extraction can remove. Despite my comments to Evolution I never received any response. I now avoid their products

Saw was absolute junk..no other way to describe it. From now I will pay the extra for name brand. Would never recommend this saw and/or company, will advise all I know to stay away and not waste their time or money. Won’t post any photos as the saw has been carefully disassemble with a sledge hammer.

James, I'm sorry that you incorrectly purchased the bare version of the Combi Driver that does not include the battery and charger. How could we improve the product listing to help further differentiate between the bare and loaded versions of the product?

Needed a 230mm multi material blade for my circular saw. Couldn’t find it on your website so used live chat for advice. Was told I could use 255mm instead. Surprised I measured the machine and was not convinced it would fit so I did another live chat for confirmation. I was assured your technical department advised that a 255mm would fit, so I ordered one using next day delivery. Delivery was excellent, advice was not! As I thought the blade was too big, wouldn’t fit and has had to be returned. I’ve now had to use 210mm reducing the capacity of my saw.

Received my new circular saw and guides and no user manual I installed the blade and when I tried the circular saw the blade jammed I have installed the blade what I thought was correct but no instruction I tried to release blade but jammed Was informed by technical that the blade was installed incorrectly and I would need to use a long reach Allen key and if it did it would cut the bolt off Obviously a common issue as technical knew what the issue was straight away I will have to return to get sorted
