“I was very pleased with my powerfile sander until I carelessly trod on it when it was on the floor. This snapped the diecast plunger arm that supports the working arm. I sent them an email asking them for costs to replace etc. and have received no reply. I then phoned and spoke to a lady who didn't seem to understand what I wanted and in the end told me they don't carry spares other than the end arm. This means I have to throw away a perfectly good machine and buy a new one = not impressed with their spares back up - shame they have spoiled a good relationship”

We are sorry to hear you had an accident with your sander causing it to break. We do only carry the replacement 1 wheel or 2 wheel heads for this particular tool. we do stock a range of spares for our other tools however. Kind Regards

“On using the saw it feels a bit on the heavy side but quite useable. It would be a much improve peace of equipment supplied with a flexible cable.”

“You get what you pay... Bought this saw for reasonable price. The blade seems to be good quality, fence not bad. Only problem experienced: the sliding table part is loose (can not fix it). It has 1-2 mm play. Not sure if this is a problem with all the rage 5 or only my one has the fault”

“I had to take the first one back due to numerous accuracy issues. I was replacing my old one and the new design hasn't a spot on my old one. The pointless plastic inserts have replaced the steel outriggers and stop. The sliding fence section is pointless as it doesn't line up with the fixed section. Very disappointed with the changes.”

“The Circular saw is working fine on wood. Have not cut any plastic or metal yet. I would prefer the track to be one unit instead of having three separate pieces. When lined up using a straight edge there is about 1-2 mm gap at one corner of the joints.”

“Great Machine easy to assemble the only disappointing thing was No dust bag its only available on the plus package which you can't tell until you open the box, Very disappointing I would of given you 5 stars, but come on just put the bits in, you know that the end user is going to need them I am still waiting for mine to arrive so i can start using my new saw So frustrating”

“Didn't live up to my expectations. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Awkward to set up on the evolution saw stand I bought as well, has to be raised up off the clamps to achieve a full 45 angle, and a vibration comes into it now and again. Don't think it'll take as much abuse as my dewalt it replaced.delebrating what to do next actually”

“part missing from box ,part was sent very quickly so ok, the cutting bed is not flat when you lay a piece of wood on it rocks from side to side had to pack it up to make level .cover over the laser falls off .”

“I purchased a corde jigsaw very recently. It cuts efficiently. It is very noisy and very heavy. I have an older Makita still working but not very efficiently; that is why I am trying yours. Are the blades interchangeable with standard bayonet blades? S. Carlo”

“only used to cut skirting 45degree so far. not accurate 45degree cut, corners need more caulking, so I'm a little dissapointed. otherwise its a useful saw and not too expensive.”

“the front feet need to be longer as if not bolted down it tills when fully pull out so not a portable saw can only find 1 type of blade to fit this the cut always clips the back of the wood with this blade not a good cut like my old cheap saw one”

“The Evolution Range5-S table saw is a good product once I rebuilt it. When it arrived the saw and motor mechanism was not connected to the table, the plastic sawdust deflector was not fitted properly and the outer on/off switch cover was in the bottom of the box. These faults could not have been caused by poor handling during transit, so I would say that you should look at improving your quality control system as I almost sent the item back but needed it for a project so went to the bother of rebuilding and aligning the saw. The lock cam mechanism for the table extension also had to be adjusted so it locked. The unit works well now complete.”
