“purchased the splinter guard for the track saw track, These parts are extremely disappointing and are already falling off the track the adhesive is rubbish and does not stick very well at all”

“Used the steel blade and it worked perfect for three cuts and then the fourth didnt even cut through. Not sure why but this blade is poor quality.”

“I needed my sliding chop saw urgently but unfortunately, the item was dispatched without the full address on it so I never received it so cannot comment if the product was worth the purchase. The member of staff I spoke to at Evolution wasn't that concerned so I canceled my order and bought a Makita one instead.”

“Bought saw at end of week delivered - started to put together Saturday... The Youtube video is great to be fair... Anyhow, you build it upside down... Turned it over and found part of the table top was skewed... THEN found a bolt was unsecured and THEN found the damned thing had been fitted with a bent and twisted top plate... I emailed and now 2-working days later still heard nothing... Customer service non-existent - I should have read the Trustpilot reviews first... Buy German next time... Even reporting this review is painful - they wont let you upload photos in any shape or form”

“Non-standard saws and they make you pay return shipping for their lack of published specifications. I would NOT recommend anything from this company.”

“I bought the saw for a Spring metal project. I have coming up so I haven't used a saw yet.. September to give some star review. I'm going to give it a one only to draw your attention to the fact that no 1 ever gets back with you. I had 2 items that I did not know what they were that came in the box. I called as spoke to a very friendly lady who said the Tech guy will call me in a day or 2.. I also took pictures of the items and sent them email to the woman. 3 weeks later still no callback Greg Stonerock 269-364-4090”

“Having purchased a Rage5 S refurbished 110v when unpacked,there was damage to the plastic dust collection and,a shock to find 2 wheels but no legs,frame or any part of the carriage so not a lot of use to me extremely disappointed,I will contact trading standards,you see a picture of the item,think that is what your buying,but only get half.”

“Ordered on the 28th of December and they had a promotion giving you a free jigsaw when you bought a loaded mixer however they only sent the jigsaw and not the mixer, mistakes happen so phoned up to sort it and get the mixer and received a 2nd jigsaw and still no mixer which is very annoying cause I am now back at work and having to mix plaster by hand, was expecting it to be here today as I had an email from them saying it was there mistake and would sort it right away but still not received it.”

“The tool that I own was made badly (quality wise) when I sent it off for repairs and then I was told I broke it on purpose and they refused to repairs it sending me photos of the broken parts making me out to look like I'm stupid. I used to buy tools from here and they were good quality and lasted more than 3 years with no issue now they don't last a year.”

“Jigsaw parts ordered. Arrived but poor fit so not usable. Contacted Evolution Customer Services. Promised a call from Technical Support also forwarded photos as requested. 3 days later still waiting. Job unfinished. Now I can check to see if my machine has an 18V battery and can I also provide my serial number. What is going on Evolution? Like your equipment but your back up is a different matter.”

“Terrible saw. I'm relagating it to chopping 2x4s, if it can handle that. I'm giving up on cutting any metal at all with it. I've broken tips on 3 blades just trying it out, and that includes 2 Diablo Steel Demon blades. Also broke the fence during testing. They were nice enough to send me another fence but I feel that this saw is just too dangerous to continue trying to cut metal with it. I can cut metal just fine on my regular miter saw and my circular saw with the Steel Demon blades. I really wanted to like this saw but I'm not going to continue destroying blades trying to get it to work. I don't know what is wrong, maybe the speed is too slow. That's why I bought it, for the slower speed to cut metal. Whatever is I'm afraid to try it on any metal again.”
