“Pictogram assembly instructions took some time to understand without proper printed text but got there in the end. Assembled machine seems strong and well made and on a trial run performed extremely well. Time will tell if it stands the test of time.”

“THE R255 SMS MITRE SAW APPEARS TO BE A GOOD PRODUCT ONE PROBLEM IS THAT SOMETIMES ON START THE SAW JUDDERS AND SO YOU HAVE TO RELEASE THE TRIGGER WAIT UNTIL IT STOPS AND THEN TRY AGAIN. I ASSUME IT IS DUE TO THE SLOW START FACILITY.ALSO THE LEFT HAND THREAD BLADE RETAINING SET SCREW HAS TIGHTENED TO A DEGREE THAT WE CANNOT UNDO IT TO REPLACE THE BLADE AND SO WE ARE WAITING ADVICE FROM EVOLUTION. “Avrei dato 5 stelle ma dato che mancano le istruzioni in italiano do 4 stelle, secondo me è mancanza di rispetto verso gli utilizzatori italiani che sono molti, la rage5-s merita5 stelle.”

“Now that I have found out how to stop the RIP guide from binding, I think that the rage s5 is very good. It is certainly an improvement on the home made one that has served me for the best part of 50 years.”

“Only been using it for a couple of weeks but it saves a lot of time and effort, spend half an hour setting up the angles and tweaking the laser so you know exactly where and how your saw cuts in relation to the laser line. I’ve also replaced the blade with a 80 tooth TCT unit which has a far better cut.”

“Only used lightly so far and only on wood but it cuts effortlessly and like a laser through a piece of paper! Good to see a brand confident enough to give 3 year warranty.”

“Great saw would have given 5 star but finding blade guard a little bit awkward to get to grips with. Everything else is good.”
