“Didn't think the circular saw looked good quality. Until I received it and now am very happy as in comparison to my old bosch saw is it's top draw and of a very good quality and will do all the jobs I have planned and more. I'm a very happy puppy”

“Once constructed the table saw has a lot of attractive features. However, getting it there was a challenge, as the instructions and diagrams could be interpreted several ways. I took all afternoon to get it almost set and still had to make an adjustment next day.”

“Was going to buy a second hand stihl saw this decided to go for it great decision I’ve used stihl saws all my working life this is a great tool for what I bought it for DIY about the house cut slabs mono block and tar foot path doing a dropper kerb highly recommend though I put my own diamond tip blade on it same as all saws take it easy let the blade do the work”

“This is my second purchase of an Evolution Power Tool. The first purchase was for the R255SMS Miter Saw. I'm new to the fabrication world. Now that I'm retired, medically, I wanted to keep busy and do things. Thanks to the University of YouTube, I have tried to create things, but didn't have the right tools. I've seen many manufacturers on videos. Some were really high priced and some very inexpensive. Evolution seemed reasonable, so I decided to try it. But the main reason why I picked Evolution was great reviews from their customer service. I thought I'd never be the one to use customer service, but I did. I had several items break or didn't seem to come straight from the factory for some reason. I called Evolution. They asked for a pic, serial number of the product and receipt, I think, so I sent them the info. Without hesitation and several emails back and forth, they told me that the parts were on it's way. This is the type of service I like about this company. Although the shipping to get it back sucks, not the fault of Evolution, this is by far one of the best companies for customer service. I may have been lucky and got a hold of one good representative, I just hope that it is consistent. I just ordered the new C380CPS Metal Chop Saw. I'm hoping nothing goes wrong with the item, but you never know. It's just one of those things when you do encounter an issue, we (Home Use Consumers) hopes that the company continues to serve their customers with the best customer service because we (Home Use Consumers) will continue to back and buy products that provides us with the best service possible. More to follow, let's see!!!”

“Ordered and arrived at date specified. Assembly instructions are average. Make sure you refer to packaging photos. Didn't take long to square up. So far it is working brilliantly.”

“Tool is pretty brilliant. I was hampered somewhat having to set my r255 db up onto evolution stand ....alone, when the instructions for stand bolting system are too generic. Lots of spare bits and I decided to ignore step 1 and keep rubber feet. Saw instructions very confusing between N.A. and ROW models. You should replicate the little symbols on part index inside the text. I ended up dismantling the arbor lock push button trying to understand why it would lock. Eventually realised the arbor is US only. Also being a lefty am noticing there is slight bias in machine design, but otherwise love it. >50 yr old Lady (chemical) engineer and DIY learning architrave and skirting in Covid times.”
