“I mailed about a serious problem with the slider of my miter saw. Within two days I received a clear instruction on how to fix it. Very happy with that response as I could fix my saw and get done the honey-do-list. Awesome, Thanks!”

“I have worked with the multimaterial disk for 2 days and the disk has broken. I explain, I have cut pine strips that had a nail, the disc has warmed up, deforming and scratching the cutting guide. I have had to order another wood cutting disc from Amazon, which I hope will give me a better result. Thanks for everything”

“The support team are efficient, polite and quick to reply, for this I would happily give them a 'very good' rating. Unfortunately the down side is the cost of the spare part I contacted them about. In these days of diminishing global resources and a drive toward recycling, it seems logical to keep our old power tools going with reasonably priced spare parts. I wanted a price for a circular saw trigger switch, unfortunately the cost [including vat and carriage] was a third of the price of a brand new saw at Screwfix [that wasn't a special offer price either], that really isn't realistic or acceptable. Come on Evolution, set a fair price for spares and help save the planet!!”

“Not used the saw in anger yet, Covid 19 restrictions have delayed delivery of my decking materials. I had one query about the saw which was dealt with promptly and very efficiently. Very satisfied with Evolution customer service.”

“Rage5-S table saw purchased and returned through Amazon due to multiple defects. - Defective pinion gear on tilt mechanism. - Broken tenon slide rail - Proud counter sink screws on table top. Prompt response received from Evolution after raising complaint. They reviewed photo evidence, advised faults were all manufacturing and amendments made in last year. They also advised the item was covered by a 3 year warranty, although I don’t expect to act as Customer Quality inspection. Time lost on job and overall disappointed.”

“Hi, I did fill out your online form on 27/4 re technical issues I have with my Fury 6 and had an email back 2 days later with suggestions on how to resolve my issue, sadly it was not very informative and replied yesterday 29/4 with the following email to which I still await a reply:- 29/4/20 @ 19:30 The attachments you sent me are for the Fury 5, my product is the Fury 6 and as I mentioned my problem is not being able to push in the latching pin into it's socket to configure it into a table saw. Suffice to say l am somewhat disappointed that I have only used this machine several times and I am unable to convert to a table saw and to store it in that configuration. Can you advise further or let me know of a local service agent Kind regards Len Brown”
