“Great mitre saw and bought a good price from screwfix although their packing for international delivery meant that the box was damaged quite a bit. However saw works great and cut through wood fence posts like a hot knife through butter and even made easy work of cutting galvanised steel post spikes. If sawing timbers that require a fine finish would definately recomend the fine wood blade as I did get a few end splinters but nit a problem on posts but could be on laminate wood for exampme. I would have likeda dust bag as standard as gives off a huge amount of dust and laser useless outside if honest. Orherwise a fantastic saw for the money.”

“Good piece of kit, amazed at how precise it was after putting it all together. Some of the pictures was not quite so clear when putting it together and having to keep finding the written instructions to corroborate each picture I found to be time consuming. The saw is already saving time and money a great addition to my selection of tools.”

“Purchased this machine about a month ago, and generally it does a good job. I think there are some issues which if you read the reviews they all tell the same story. The bottom two locking wheel screws work loose after two minutes use. Remedy, easy, fit a couple of heavy duty spring washers. The other issue is the handle just above the main body needs to be raised to make easier lifting as not really big enough to get your hand in, quite simple to do. When I read the reviews on this hulk these issues came up time and time again. But it does a good job”

“This is a lovely piece of kit and does exactly what it says on the box. Do not be afraid to order this machine, for the price it is a no-brainer. Just two things for the manufacurer to consider:- 1. Finer pointers on the degrees scales preferably made out of steel. 2. A slightly better quality laser which projects a less vague line. Other than that, very happy with my purchase for less than £100.”

“If you want a saw that nice and light and gives good results then this would be my choice it was £60 from B&Q. I have made sure everything has been set and it's giving me very good results. Bob melbourne st joinery Derby.”

“Had been given the Evolution sliding mitre saw as a present. So I purchased the mitre stand. Looks smart easy assembly and will be fit for purpose. Plumbing and heating is my trade.”

“Is a great tool easy to use and setup! Blade he do his job great! Is good for profesional use at his hobby tool price . I more use it for c studs and ceiling metal and i always get a clean cut on 100mm studs pack.”

“Had a problem with a fury 3 recently and was ready to discard it but then I found the problem myself. A power cable sheared by the motor fan blades inside the motor housing was the culprit. I fwded my findings to your tech dept. Other than that, very happy with performance in the price range. Helpful staff. Have just purchased stand for the saw.”

“HAVING HAD THE PREVIOUS MODEL SMS THE NEW ONE IS MILES BETTER THE CONTROLS FALL TO HAND MAKING IT MUCH EASIER TO USE AND LESS FATIGUING SEEMS A LOT BETTER PUT TOGETHER”

“Rage 5s perfect apart from mitre attachment to sliding carriage. On screwing up the mitre attachment to use the sliding carriage, the screw came right through and in sliding the carriage forward, took a groove out of the base plate underneath. Most annoying,especially as the instruction manual says to do this. Tell me what I’ve done wrong. Or was the supplied screw too long ?”

“DIY block paving. Good easy to use compacter, but the paving pad started to move across to the left a day of light use. The bolts were all still tight..... My cure, four small G clamps”
