“I purchased the 7 1/4" Evo sliding miter saw to use while building runs and pens for a 20 (yes, 20!) dog kennel project. I wore out two top quality blades and part of a third cutting tubular steel for all of the framework. This saw was an absolute beast! I made an estimated 700-800 cuts on that project and the saw never missed a beat. I now have a wood blade in it and it is performing equally as well for that application.”

“the saw i have is ok does its job, the plastic components are poor and would not take any hard work, the saw is designed for light diy use, Aluminium used on the fence is badly made and is a poor fit. So if you are after a light diy saw i would say its ok anything heavier give it a miss.”

“I think the instructions re the build are very sparse I’ve had it a few weeks now and still not used it,likewise I purchased at the same time a mitre saw which I Still have not assembled,I find the print in the booklets Very small to say the least”
