“Good product at a reasonable price, only problem with it, is that you cannot buy a dust bag for it.”

Circular saws should be used with either a vac or dust extraction unit, which is why we do not sell a dust bag to suit. Thank you for your feedback Patrick

“power tool came in good shape , only problem is the sliding fence it goes out of square when the locking screw is tightened, i have sent three emails about this and have only had one sent back, and they wanted a pic. of it.. why all the bull all i wanted was to have them send me a new one and i would have sent the other one back . so as far as i am concerned i will no longer buy anything from this company again very bad at getting back and trying to fix this problem. this kind of thing might go over in the UK but people in the US don't have time for companies that don't follow thru on there commitment to there customers. So i would say if you buy from this company GOOD LUCK. your going to need it..”

“This is my second 305mm disc cutter, first one lasted four years with quite heavy weekly use, hasn't quite got the power of a petrol cutter but cuts what I need it to, good cutter”

“only one criticism ; the saw blade guard is stiff too retract when commencing a saw cut, all other functions work perfectly. P.S always work on a flat stable surface when using track guides”

“Very happy with my purchase, The only thing I was disappointed with was being told it was in stock and it would be processed the following day . But it wasn't So I waited over two weeks for my purchase, other than that I am very pleased.”

“The base plate could be stiffer. The vertical alignment between the blade and the base could be much better. I have to adjust every work piece. However the cutting action of the saw is excellent.”

“Did not got confirmation Email after I had ordered the CPS355 at evolutionpowertools.eu but on the website I had learned that leadtime was increased due to holiday season so I was not worried. The tool itself is great and cuts very nice, however I had small cutting accident due to the material not tighten enough in the vise. The blade is damaged and missing few thooth. :( Machine is very robust and I am still very happy with it that I do not have to use the grinder anymore for cutting metal.”

“The mitre saw is fit for purpose but the saw stand, while robust , has problems with the screw clamps. They are not "square" when clamped and the support rollers are thus not quite horizontal. The dust bag does not collect any debris!”

Thank you for the feedback Gene. You have the R355CPS which comes with a multi material blade. Steel specific blades are available via our website which may better suit your application if cutting steel.

Thank you for the feedback John. Sounds like your original unit was a Double Bevel model, as the motor is still on top of this variation of unit, you have a new single bevel R255SMS based on the serial number you have provided

“Great little chop/mitre saw, nice and light albeit a little flimsy. So far it's cut neatly through everything I've tried including metal (conduit trunking & ducting), plastic pipe and wood.”

“brought a wacker plate, first started it up and after a couple of minutes a load of nuts started to fall off , the block paving rubber mat is a bugger to fit, i dont think it is really any good , it just pushes the block pavers around it doesnt sink them in the sand, my advice is dont bother with the mat and save some money, after all the nuts have been tightened up , after working loose its not a bad bit of kit, i would buy another one,”
