“Complicated build! Mainly as a result of poor explanation and diagrams in handbook. There was an issue with the adjustment for the 45 degree angle setting; the adjustment was tight against the stop and created a mitre of less than 45 degrees by a very small amount. After some difficulty trying to get some help from evolution I removed the washer helping to fix the stop in place. The washer was preventing the adjustment by a small but significant amount. The machine itself, so far, appears to operate ok”

“Easy to setup and use for a novice like me. Accurate clean cuts. Does throw out a lot of dust even when attached to a vacuum cleaner.”

“This is my first miter saw and my first evolution product already used it to do a decking job and it made the job a lot easier feels great to use and seems well made and sturdy also bought the stand to go with it don't know how I have managed without it very happy with my choice”

“I’m 77 and now developed a heart condition that affects me quite a lot. I had a chop saw but having to work outside in the garden it became too heavy for me. Buying the Eclipse means I can still do the things I like. Although its smaller than my old one it still does the same jobs, It’s smaller, lighter and just as accurate as my old one. It as allowed me to carry on making things for my grandchildren and my great grandson. I would strongly recommend it to any one young as a starter or older like myself.”
