“My new saw arrived with a broken clamping handle. It was still usable, but one of three arms on the handle had broken off in shipping. I called the selling vendor (Trick Tools) and they contacted Evolution. My call was Friday morning, and the replacement part was at my door on Monday afternoon. I was very impressed with Evolution's service.”

“The tool that I ordered was the 240v diamond bladed concrete cutter. It was used to reduce the size of 14 concrete gravel boards from 1830 mm long to 1800mm. For me the tool was impressive and easy to use. However I am experienced in using similar tools, and after the purchase realised that the tool does not have a clutch brake which the petrol powered equivalent do have. This is a potential safety floor for this machine in the wrong hands.There could be serious damage done to an inexperienced user.”

“I am very pleased with the Evolution R255 SMS & with the depth stop its ideal for cutting joints. I found this easy to set up and did not need to adjust to set to square. The only down side is the dust output I use a vacuum attachment but still doesn't take away all the sawdust. The perfect set up I found is to use the Evolution Mitre saw stand to add versatility.”

“Excellent in every way , what let’s it down is no extraction attachment or bag extra cost one clamp rest extra cost needs afew extras and five stars would have been given”

“Really impressed with chop saw....power, safety features, easily put up & taken down....cuts composite decking substructure 10 by 10 like cutting through cheese! Anyone who has worked with this knows how heavy it is & containing metal particles...not an issue.”

“I am not a joiner, but a retired academic who enjoys woodwork and have been using circular table saws for over 70 year! Thus I am not in contact with other users and when I found that my blade was not vertical there was nowhere to turn to. Your manual doesn't help, the myriad of videos were equally unhelpful. I had to phone the customer service line and then the problem was quickly resolved. Otherwise this is a far better saw than my old Ryobi one, about 20 years old.”
