“My R255SMS compound mitre is a chunky bit of kit for a very reasonable price. It was easy to assemble and didn’t need any calibration from the box at all. I’ve used it a few times now and it certainly does the job, accurately and quickly. I would definitely recommend this saw.”

“My first sliding mitre saw, saved me a lot of hand cutting on laying 50m2 of wood flooring. Great saw, just wish a dust bag had came with it for what that costs.”

“Would definitely recommend the Evolution 12” Disc Cutter, it does a great job of cutting even hard concrete. I would note two things though, even with a vacuum attached, cutting concrete is not dustless. The vacuum will collect a lot but not all of the concrete dust. So will need some other way of protecting against dust if cutting in a finished house etc (for example cutting a concrete floor in a finished house). The Second item is that you need to run this saw off a 20amp circuit - and even then you need to go a bit slowly. A 15amp circuit just isn’t enough to power this saw.”

“My Evolution saw was second hand and I bought it with a faulty switch. Customer Services were excellent and sent a replacement out immediately. The total cost of buying and then paying for the replacement switch still proved to be excellent value for money for me. I am quite impressed with the product and will replace all my other tools with this product line as they grow old. Well done guys.”

“Good value and easy set up .Can't comment on accuracy as It was not bought for carpentry just basic work. Coupled to the Evolution saw work stand it has proved a very robust and useful addition to my work tools. Some kind of jig/workstation may be worthwhile on the latter as it has a convenient platform height and rigidity for doing alterations manually to other work”
