“I emailed evolution about a spare part for a jig saw. Received a quick helpful response which enabled me to identify, order and pay for the part which has been dispatched. The people I communicated with by email and telephone were very helpful.”

“Purchased last week initially for a garden project but will come in useful for may other jobs. Although I don't have anything to compare it against as its my first circular saw I am very impressed to date. It feels like a well built machine and a fair weight for what it is. The 3 year warranty was one of the deciding factors when making my final choice along with the excellent reviews.”

“Was really happy with the service I received from evolution tools. When I reported a small part needed replacing, they sent it out in the post and we received it within a couple of days. Most helpful after sales service.”

“I bought the slide saw. I require to store it in the box so I assembled it to take a look before using. Dismantled the sliders from the monitor but now they are stuck in the housing. I am left with a useless piece of equipment!! I did contact your help line. By the time the came back to me to say that it couldn’t be repacked it was too late. I asked the next question above but have had no reply - very disappointing.”

“When customers send messages, they don’t get any replies, I’ve sent 2 messages and have had 0 responses. I look at that as poor customer relations and service. A simple explanation to my inquiry is all I’ve required. Yours Charles Wynn”
