“Rage 4 cutt off saw is brilliant so smooth..only thing is the clamp could be made stronger bends when trying to clamp box iron in at angle to allow blade cut easier other then that cant fault iv only used once do so we will see”

“This is the second crosscut mitre saw I have bought from Evolution, the first one lasted for 9 years with minimal maintenance ( just a new set of brushes ) and did an awful lot of work, from cutting 4 x 2 timber for stud walls to architrave and skirtings, floorboards and even plastic waste pipes. If you haven't got one, BUY ONE TOMORROW !! - what's not to like ?”

“Bought the EVOLUTION COMPACTION PLATE - 230 V for a small project in my back garden. Not a huge area but blocking various sections of the garden, doing 5-10 square meters at a time compacting base and sharp sand. The vibration unscrews the frame bolts occationally and the lever to keep the motor running cuts out occasionally as there is not enought tension on it. Not a major problem though. Very quite and would recommend for any small DIY jobs but will need a bigger wacker for large jobs.”

“Bought the Rage 3 as a replacement compound mitre. Good saw minimum cutting noise compared to others, powerful when used against my chosen material. Only issue I have is repackaging/ storage. Since, it is flat pack construction the original package becomes redundant.”

“I purchased a Rage3DB mitre saw. it has me enabled me to cut solid oak skirting to fit to walls that are not vertical or square in the corners. it is possible to set the saw very accurately to achieve a great result. it really is a great bit of kit, i am sure I will use it a lot. many thanks Evolution. I also want to thank your technical department and customer services who have been most helpful.”

“I'll never buy any of your tools again, your chuck saw has broken down again, same problem, the saw guard ... I bought this from Machine Mart in Edinburgh which is a 40 mile journey from where I live (after spending hundreds of £s with them, the treatment from them is horrible), and it only lasted a few weeks when the guard stopped working, so I had to "bring it in" and they sent it off to you, and when I got it back (4 journeys - 80 miles approx) it still was not right, and now it's done it again... To cut a long story short, you want me to do another 40 mile journey taking the saw in, and I have to provide samples of what I'm cutting, like, your having a laugh right???!!! Also, every now and then, the saw jumps near the end of the cut, perhaps that's how the guard is broken .... I am absolutely disgusted with machine Mart and you and will never buy from either....”

“Pleased with this little machine, it has pride of place in my workshop now. The instructions are a little difficult to decipher though. Would recommend looking on you tube.”
