Look good and sturdy. Need more pics in the assembly instructions and some nuts stripped so had to add some better stainless ones - Why are they not lock nuts if the table vibrates?

It's very quiet. And reasonably priced. Unfortunately when delivered the box already been opend then re taped And the Alen keys where missing. Apart from that I'm happy with my saw. Cheers

Seems well built, but the bevel angle is difficult to set accurately because the scale is hard to see directly. I can't find a model number anywhere on the saw, so except for going by what The Screwfix catalogue says who knows. In saying all that I haven't used it much yet.

Sadly I had to return the first unit as the base was bowed. i.e. it pivoted on two points (legs) rather than sat firmly on four. Screwfix replaced after checking but I did waste a morning, 80 miles and £10 worth of diesel. As for the saw itself, it has had some very good reviews so I am optimistic!

Good piece of kit but very disappointed they couldn't put a £5 dust bag in with the package and even more disappointed to have to pay £8 delivery charge for the bag.

Cheap tools but not accurate. Circular saw has one job to cut straight!! When the blade isn't parallel to the saw plate that's not possible.

Electro hulk nice and quiet but only ran three months until it broke. Customer services quick to answer phone down hill from then on with dpd replacement started to rattle after half an hour. Not confident about evolution

Easy to assemble. Did its first job on MoT1 crush - just. Probably great for block paving but it needs to be made heavier ++10kg if its to tackle more challenging jobs. Electric power certainly tacks any hassle out of using a compactor. Should have bought the petrol version .

Fury 5S Table Saw ideal for the DIY enthusiast

Very versatile but finishing touches and quality issues let them down. I now have 3 of these, one from the Fury range and 2 from the Rage range, so I do like them, however I didn't pay the full price on the Rage 6 mitre and table saw. Had I paid the full £250 asking price I would have sent it straight back. There were a lot of quality control issues, some of which I was able to rectify but others I need to live with. The same goes for the Fury 6, which didn't have as many quality control issues and worked well straight from the box. Bits started falling apart and breaking a couple of days after I got it though. It is a hell of a lot cheaper and aimed at DIY, for which it's perfect, but plastic parts and troublesome safety features let it down. Again I got it on a good deal and for the money nothing comes close.

It certainly doesn't sound like a quality saw when speeding up at start and again when slowing down, in fact it sounds a lot rougher than any other circular saw I have ever used (and that's quite a lot) the noise may down to vibration caused by the blade being out of balance (I did check it is fitted correctly) but over-all it does what I need it to do.

Would have been better if it come with dust bag and sidearms apparently you don't do them if you get it from Screwfix which and when ringing your customer service was not too impressed with the way i got spoke to

My Rage 3 works perfectly well, and I am happy with it. It was bought from Screwfix at (I believe) full price. As I registered for my warranty I became aware that it would appear that there is a newer model (2015 ->). Less happy now.
