“I am an experienced woodworker and Violin Maker and have found the saw to be very good as far as I have used it. It's nice to get such good clean cuts ,accurately and so quickly . Once I have put it to the test of some serious woodwork around the period house I have just brought and fitting out the new workshop then I am sure it will be on the way to being 'Very Good' Peter Smith”

“Only minor snag is the plastic sole plate does not clipon very tight and tends to ride forward whilst cutting. This does not effect the cut it is just annoying.”

“Disappointed that it had to be built before able to use it. Difficulty in getting alignment true. Several adjustments later still not true. Some patience required in setting up this machine.”

“Out of the box and built up the saw was impressive few slight adjustments needed to cut 100% straight but that goes for any saw really . Plenty power and feels very sturdy and well built just finished a decking job with it and was excellent bit of kit to have very glad I went with evolution saw.”

“the blade is excellent the saw is solid and robust the only issue is the laser guide. It is not in line with the blade. The variance is only about 1mm but it is disappointing. pencil and t square prove to be far more accurate There is no way to adjust the laser guide as far as I can see.”

“The 10" Evolution Rage 3 sliding compound mitre saw was easy to assemble and seems quite solid and robust , I would like to see it sold with all the accessories though I don't think they should be optional . Otherwise it seems like good quality for the money , I haven't used it much so far other than cutting a few pieces of wood to set it up !”

“Had to return my original to screw fix as the stud that held the saw blade would not retain it. Otherwise pleased with cutting,”
