“Love my fantastic track saw. It cuts beautifully with a lovely accurate, clean edge. Quite heavy but you can feel the quality. A long cord as well, which is a bonus. Delivery was on point, especially after I had to return the first one I bought because I accidentally ordered the 110v power outlet instead of the 240v. My fault ... but customer service was fantastic and I purchased and received the replacement only a couple of days later, along with a refund for the first one. I plan to buy more evolution tools to add to my collection. Highly recommend.”

“Very easy to navigate to the diagrams for the table saw. I was unsure of spare part number of the item I required but a few emails with Evolution soon confirmed the choice I had made. Very pleased with the service.”

“I bought this saw to do some detailed brickwork as a diyer. The saw is excellent. Very clean cuts easy to use and well balanced. The only thing I had to get was an adaptor so my (standard) hose fitted. Great product well priced and reliable.”

“El producto es una sierra de mesa evolution rage 5 s "reacondicionada" osease, en buen estado pero con defectos leves en la máquina o su embalaje. No sé si el culpable ha sido Evolution o UPS, pero la maquina ha llegado en un estado lamentable, destrozada a golpes que se nota que fueron dados estando dentro de la caja. Ya al entregarmela el transportista comentamos el estado de la caja, que ya había sido reparada por desgaste con cinta adhesiva por todos sus contornos pero con bastantes golpes que habían perforado el cartón más recientes. Incluso en el defecto que se ve en la guia de la mesa, tiene la caja el golpe en el mismo sitio. Y que se ve que ha sido un defecto por presión, algo empujó la caja contra otro objerto con tal fuerza que deformó el estrusionado de la guia en el sitio de del contacto y en la rectitud de la misma. Eso con un golpe no sería igual. Al rato de recibirla mandé un correo a Evolution para notificar que faltaban algún tornillo y 1 tapón, pero la maquina aún estaba dentro de la caja y no se vieron los defectos. Despues, al montar las patas y dar la vuelta a la maquina fue cuando se vio el destrozo, pues todo estaba en la parte de arriba de la mesa. Compré este modelo no por el precio si no por el consumo electrico, porque no hay mucha potencia contratada en mi casa y esta me iba muy bien. La esperaba con una ilusión tremenda. Espero que esto se pueda solucionar con bien y rapido.”

Para poder ayudarte de la manera más directa, ¿podrías facilitarnos: - número de pedido y nombre del producto - fecha de compra y dónde lo adquiriste - fotos del estado exterior de la caja y de la pieza dañada, si es posible - detalles de la incidencia (faltantes, daños) y cualquier comunicación previa con soporte Con esa información podremos revisar tu caso y indicarte los próximos pasos. “Io ho: banco sega, sega circolare e 2 serie di binari (corti e lunghi). Globalmente sono utensili moto molto validi, tuttavia non vanno acquistati con l'idea di avere una qualità e una precisione professionale(soprattutto il banco sega). Tuttavia il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente competitivo, sono una spanna sopra alla media degli utensili di questa fascia di prezzo. Assistenza ottima!”
