“Not happy with service was told part was not broke can't get part to go back in would have to dismantle saw.but y did it come out in the first place.”

“Great and helpful tool. Very precise for my needs, better than some famous competitor. Only one problem to adjust laser - adjustment is not possible as described in user msnual, after loosing 2 screws I can't move laser holder to any side.”

“First time user, found it very easy to assemble, very light, easy to adjust, nice cut. generally please with it. Did not realise you can only use certain blades due to the odd bore 25.4mm, I bought it because I have mainly 10" blades with standard bore 25mm, the only other thing that stops me giving it the 5 stars is the extraction, I would have like to see a bag or a universal connector for dust extraction supplied with the saw”

“Frankly, a bit ridiculous. I bought one of these via Screwfix, probably in early March, but the pack had a section missing (box with wheels and other bits), so Screwfix organised a replacement. Having finally assembled it, it worked fine, and then the start button packed up. It needed a new button, which would have been a quick job I'd have been happy to do, but various company procedures prohibited this. Instead, I was asked to re package the original, in order to obtain a replacement. I only wanted a replacement start button - having been expected to display the skill for assembly (with unclear and complex instructions). The tool works well, and I am very pleased with it, Sadly, I had to accept a refund from screwfix, and then buy another one. I would happily buy back the faulty one for repair, but have been prevented by the system.”

Sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service provided. From your review it does sound like you have been corresponding with Screwfix, whom have their own returns policy to adhere to.

“Telescopic sander has slashed my prep work by hours!. Very easy to handle and manoeuvre. LED lights are a great addition working in a darkened hallway. Definitely recommend to anyone who has to prep walls.”

“After a lot of research I decided on the Rage 5S table saw. It didn’t take long to set up on removal from the box and the only minor adjustments I had to make were to square up the fence to the blade and to make a slight adjustment to the measurement scale, all up 10 minutes extra to make sure it would cut true and correct. To date I am very happy with the saw and it is good value for the money.”

“The saw was well packaged and easy assembly with good instructions; I used the QR code to download these to my phone. Set up was straight forward and the blade was easy to adjust, I used a digital inclinometer for accuracy; the only item that took time to adjust was the laser. I’ve cut 3x2 timber and plastic to date, no metal yet, and I’ve been impressed with the surface finish and accuracy of the fitted mitres.”

“I wanted a circular saw for occasional use only and chose the Evolution model mainly on price. I was quite impressed just removing it from the box and checking the build quality. Having finally used it after a week of owning it, I can say that I’m very happy with it and would consider buying other tools from the range.”
