“I now have 3 Evolution saws, a jigsaw, a Rage 3 Sliding Mitre Saw and now a Rage 5S Table Saw. The Jig Saw and Mitre Saw have served me well for a number of years now and although I have only had the Rage 5S for a few days, so far it has impressed me. I only wish I had made the purchase a few years back.”

“I recently purchased an R255 Mitre Saw although I have only used it for a couple of jobs so far I am very pleased with the performance and the quality of the product. When setting up the saw no adjustment was required as all alignments etc were spot on straight from the box. Very satisfied with this purchase.”

“I have reluctantly bought my second Evolution power file sander. I was very pleased with the first but I carelessly trod on it snapping the die cast metal plunger arm. I tried to buy a new one from Evolution but was told that other than the end roller arms they do not carry spares for this item. They further annoyed me in saying they have spares for other products (not helpful). I have bought the second one because I now have a perfectly good spare machine other than the broken part. Engineered in the Steel City (Sheffield ???) my hat they are Chinese built ??@?”

Unfortunately we do not carry a wide range of spare parts for the File Sanders, only replacement head assemblies are available. Please accept our apologies for your disappointment that parts are not stocked.

“Struggled setting up the mitre stand due to a misshapen fixing. I managed to force it on in the end, was a real pain. Attaching the evolution mitre saw to the stand was fiddly, due to the awkwardness of reaching the nuts / bolts in order to tighten them, and the fact that the instructions seem to show a different evolution saw being attached with some irrelevant steps. If this is your first mitre saw you might find this very confusing.”

“Only used the saw for a couple of days so far but really impressed. The motor soft start facility is a nice touch and the laser is extremely useful too, although it went out of adjustment when I first used the saw. I re-calibrated it, which was easy to do. I think the laser mounting screws were loose initially after de-boxing. Everything seems well made and thought out. It is just a shame there is no dust extract collector bag that comes standard with most saws of this type, although I could plug in my vacuum pipe. I could not find an Evolution one to buy either even though they come included on the Plus pack - I think. Nice accurate cuts to with plenty of user adjustments. Recommended.”

“Just bought a mitre saw and saw bench, as soon as I opened the box I was very impressed with the quality of both. easy to set up and already set to correct angles, very good results with cuts, very happy with Evolution tools.”

“Used drywall sander and Disc cutter both tools well made and robust enough for the job. also use evolution's mitre saw stand which is cheaper than many brands and have found it to be faultless. All great purchases”
