S14CPS New saw purchased may 24th 2026, saw does not cut square out of the box. Blade toes in, has nothing to do with the fence (fence commonly the issue) Called support, the only trouble shooting advice was the same setup advice I have in the manual. I'm now left with a wait on parts, which if they don't work, I'm then stuck waiting AGAIN for a return to process and a new saw to send, or more likely at this point, skip Evo and just get a refund. No discount on the replacement, etc, just 3(?) weeks of potential shop time eaten up with nothing to show. They -were- polite on the phone but maybe corporate has hands tied, no talks of even expediting shipment of a replacement if I went that route.

I purchased a Rage 4 chop saw for my shop and used it to cut thin walled aluminum tube. After approximately one year of light use, it smelled hot and I could see arcing in the motor then it quit working. This all transpired rather quickly, probably 3 or 4 cuts. I called customer service and was informed I should have changed the brushes. I guess that's a thing with this brand. I've not experienced this with any other motorized hand tools. In my experience, brushes last many years and seldom have to be replaced. The three year warranty doesn't cover brushes and they don't have any in stock (probably because this is a major issue). So, I have a boat anchor and will have to purchase another saw. It definitely won't be an Evolution saw.

Ось варіант відгуку англійською у стриманому, але дуже жорсткому стилі: I purchased an Evolution S210CCS from the German Evolution Power Tools online store. After delivery, the overload warning indicator immediately lit up red as soon as the saw was plugged into the power outlet. When attempting to start the saw, there were clearly visible sparks coming from the carbon brushes together with a strong burning smell. The tool was obviously defective from the very beginning. I contacted customer support on 18.04.2026 and requested a replacement of the defective saw. Since then, almost a month has passed. During this time I have sent many emails, photos of the product, made dozens of phone calls and reminders, yet the issue is still unresolved. I understand that factory defects can happen with any manufacturer. However, the way this loyal customer has been treated is shocking. The German Evolution representative operates terribly. Communication is extremely slow, disorganized and exhausting for the customer. A defective product is one thing. Nearly a month of delays, constant chasing and poor customer support is something completely different. Very disappointing experience.

Purchased Sept of 2025. Let me start by saying the the overall I was very happy with the saw until this occurred. Blades lasted forever, Cuts clean and fast....miter works etc. etc. With that said. For $850 i don't expect the basic frame hardware of the saw to fail that controls the straightness and accuracy of the cut. Issue - Left side fence failure. While facing machine. While cutting a piece of angle the blade caught on a edge causing the part / blade to kick hard. This in turn caused the very small (ridiculously small considering the side load when cutting metal) locating tab on the bottom of the fence to break away and while doing so bending the rest of edge of the fence away where the fence alignment tab broke away. Short version. Can't do a straight cut until fence is replaced. Submitted warranty claim today. Saw is down waiting on replacement part. Need the replacement part asap. Evolution in turn needs to redesign the fence. The fence (made of cast aluminum with very thin alignment tab) should not be the sacrificial part that gives if the blade catches an edge and kicks. There has to be a better way to deal with saw kickback. While rare...clearly it does happen. Need to address

Stay away from this company, especially if you are ordering from abroad. I received a table saw that was completely broken and unusable. I followed the official procedure immediately, sending photos and videos to the helpdesk, but I have been completely abandoned. It's a shame!

Compré tres máquinas en un mes, la sierra 255 TBL+, la aspiradora en húmedo y seco y la sierra de corte R355 CPS. Hice la devolución de uno de los discos que compré con la sierra de mesa. Despues de un mes con el disco entregado porque hice la devolución con seguimiento, he tenido que tener más de cinco mensajes en este mes para que me hicieran la devolución. Compré la Sierra de Corte Evolution R355CPS de 355 mm con hoja Multi-Material TCT. El producto llegó a Cádiz el día 6 de diciembre con la clavija del enchufe rota, quedando inutilizable desde el primer momento. Han pasado más de 40 días desde la entrega. He enviado 9 mensajes al servicio postventa y la única respuesta es que “lo pasan a los técnicos”. Nunca responden ni dan solución. La experiencia demuestra una falta total de atención al cliente cuando surge un problema real. Dejo esta opinión para advertir a futuros compradores.

hola! ayer 3 de diciembre, intente comprar una herramienta de evolutionpowertools.es, vivo en Gran Canaria. Desafortunadamente la tienda no envía productos a Gran Canaria a pesar de su eslogan "Entrega en toda España" les ofrecí asumir gastos de envío, desafortunadamente no funcionó. Mi pregunta es La empresa no considera Canarias como parte de España? Igual sería momento para cambiar el eslogan?!? espero que encuentren la manera incluir canarias en su red de distribución. J'ai acheté la scie évolution rage en 2012 j'avais un projet de construction. J'ai commencé par faire une maquette puis j'ai remis la scie dans son carton. Je me suis mis en quête du terrain pour bâtir mon projet. En 2019 j'ai ressorti la scie et découpé les bouts de voliges en bois brut de douglas. Cela représentait un peut plus de 30 mètres 2 posés. Quelques découpes par-ci par-là et le moteur me lâche. Il ne tourne pas rond usure totale des charbons. Je suis dégouté la machine n'est plus sous garanti et en plus il n'y a plus de pièces de rechange.

DHL did not deliver the product, no updates on the delivery at all and no answer through email from Evolution. By all indications and trustpilot reviews the warranty is just a joke, wished I would have read that before the not delivered purchase. I emailed Evolution and requested a refund, they can deal with DHL themselves, I am not really keen to chase a product that I expected to have delivered at the door in a certain timeframe. Guess all those YouTube reviews are mostly paid for..

as a DIYer I would not touch this with a barge pole, I bought one of the more expensive table saws and only used it a handful of times, I have never impressed with the cut quality, I have recently changed the blade to learn that the issue is with the saw itself. due to only using a couple of times and having for over 5 years now they are not willing to support their customers. bad company, poor service never agin!

Seems to be well made at a great price but delivery was incomplete which meant repeatedly chaseing the order, because of poor communication (non) from customer service team, unable to track outstanding item. I’m sure I’ll enjoy making good use of this new bit of kit but would rather not buy directly from evolution again

Order EIT1638 has not arrived 17 days after placing the order on May 19. Nor has the company indicated when the items might arrive. I received an email on May 13 stating that the order was being sent and that UPS would soon send information on the shipment. I have not received any information from UPS and my account with the company indicates that the items have not been shipped. I have sent multiple enails to the company to obtain the status of the order and received no response. The 800 number is always busy. I have no way of knowing if or when the items will arrive. I now must dispute the charge on my credit card. I am furious with this shabby and probably fraudulent treatment.

After losing a substantial amount, I opted to quit. The app is still active, but the community administrators are no longer present. Despite receiving what seemed like a large Thanksgiving bonus, my suspicion remained firm that it was all a scam, particularly due to the absence of withdrawal methods. I sought help from Mrs. Doris Ashley, hoping against hope for a solution. I was grateful when they helped me recover nearly $20,000, proving their integrity. I bought a cordless multi tool in April this year, now the blades will not lock in. I am using identical blades to those supplied. I have emailed, messaged both french ( I live in France)and English sites and have been completely ignored. Will not be buying anything from them again
