“Bought the saw and table mainly to cut steel work & aluminium but have facings and skirting to change in the house first. Was not sure how clean a cut the multipurpose blade would produce but was very happy with the finished cut when set accurately, no other finishing required. The saw is very competitively priced for a serious "diyer" The table is well worth the cost as it saves being down on your knees, is well made and very sturdy.”

“I often cut old wood and having a blade that cuts through nails etc. is a great idea. This is the third Evolution saw I have bought over the last 12 years and find them very good as I put them through a very hard time .”

“The fury3s is a very well and sturdy piece of kit and it cuts like a hot knife through butter. When you put it on the mitre saw stand it makes it a lot more stable and easy to handle long lengths of material. Wise i had got it a long time ago.”

“So far so good ,bought the stand to go with the saw,when fixing the saw to the stand the instructions tell you to remove the positive stop locking lever.This isn't necessary if you fit 6mm ply shims between the saw and the saw mounting brackets”

“Good basic saw but with a few issues. Used with the Evolution Saw Stand a 45 degree cut cannot be achieved. Surely someone noticed this before releasing the product. I machined a set of 6mm spacers and all's now ok.. perhaps Evolution should do the same. The saw causes a lot of splintering in softwood due to a lack of teeth on the blade.. perhaps a dedicated wood blade for finishing work should be offered by Evolution. The Saw fence is very low but suitable for PSE timber but too low when cutting rough or irregular timber. The top clamp is very flimsy and barely adequate due to range of motion and inadequate mounting system. I would not rely on it to hold during s heavier cut. You should have included the front clamp for Safety. Overall it's ok but could have been better...a lot better for little extra cost.”
