“Staff very short and snippy upon arrival for click and collect at Sheffield branch. I rang ahead to ensure my order was ready before my arrival; member of staff dealing with me seemed very annoyed at me turning up to collect my order. Took the member of staff a couple minutes to even acknowledge I was present at the warehouse door. One ignored me and the other reluctantly dealt with me; if you can even call it dealing with me at that. I even had to go on their internal landline phone to chat to the woman on the other end who was helpful in finding my order. This was during the peak of covid-19 and they made me handle their internal phone which was very dangerous looking back. Person who I was dealing with was very unhappy I didn't have a pen to sign for my order and instead hastily scribbled my name on the piece of paper. Phoned up by evolution a few weeks later asking if I even received my order as they had nothing saying I had. Seems rather unorganized for click and collect. Saw is decent blades don't last very long when cutting steel. I chose click and collect as I'm fairly local and needed the saw sooner rather than later. I won't be using their services again due to the awful treatment I received from their of staff.”

“I purchased the Evolution Mitre Saw Stand, because, up until now I have not been able to find a suitable solution that didn’t impose a compromise of one sort or another. Having used this stand for over a month, I am extremely pleased with the functionality and flexibility it offers. I thoroughly recommend it. Kind regards Jimmy Shepherd”

“The power tool itself is great. But I broke the base & wanted a new part. It was over priced & not worth the money they were charging. I won't buy another evolution tool because of this reason”

“Never owned a circular saw or used one before .I was cutting up a lot of decking I had ripped up, been great for cutting it in to various lengths and re-roofing my shed and other jobs but I needed a large Try square a metal one, already had it, that is the only way I Figured out to cut square. It is a learning curve.Never manage to do all the cutting done with out it..----------------------Very good tool don't know if the other brands are as good------------------------------------------------------”
