“Happy with the mitre saw except that the saw guard will not go over a curved edge. Eg a window ledge. However once I learned this I cut the ledge from the straight edge. Also I would make sure that the saw blade is well screwed in because mine came loose. Mere learning curve because I am happy with the saw which I have to say is very accurate.”

“Delivery prompt. Instructions to set up the saw were clear and straightforward to follow. The saw performs well although I have only used it as a chop saw for rough timber. I have yet to try more demanding tasks.”

“The half inch belt sander/file is very effective, you have to have have a delicate touch and use a low speed, to avoid unwanted marks on surrounding wood. I bought one to sand down the V groove between vertical planks of cladding on my house. It did the job, but there may be better solutions. Even so I am sure to find many uses for this narrow sander in the future.”

“An excellent mitre saw stand, easily assembled, compact, sturdy and robust. I purchased some longer bolt's to accommodate my model of mitre saw, (non company model), after which it was all systems go! Well done "Evolution" on producing an excellent product and bringing it to the market.”

“Although the item was out of stock, I was informed of this and was kept informed throughout the waiting period. Good communication. As for the fury 5 saw, initially when I started in up, the motor did not sound as heavy duty as some of the saws I have previously purchased. But I was very pleased to say that I was wrong the saw effortlessly cuts through anything I have put into it. Full marks Evolution.”

“Bought the Rage 3 Mitre 255mm saw. First impressions on build quality are good. Can't say anything about reliability as only just started using it (bought a few days ago!) and time will tell. Certainly the motor runs quietly and the soft-start is good. The saw came equipped with an "all purpose" 250mm blade which is fine however I would be happier if there was an option to buy a "timber only" blade as timber is the main material I use. Why this is the case I don't know as it is easy on this model to change blades! Another downside was the fact that it was not supplied (in the deal from Screwfix) with a dust bag. Surely this should be obligatory considering the low cost of purchasing. I have ordered the bag, repeat cut side rails and long clamp from you direct. It would have been better if these were packaged together.”

“It's a good Saw but it needs setting up once you have put it together. It's not set bang on 90 or 45 so takes a bit of adjustment but overall a good saw for the money”
