“I've been very satisfied with my Rage 2. I also own a rage B circle saw with no complaints. I have used 2 Evolution blades for the Rage 2. One being the general purpose that comes with the machine and the other being the steel cutting blade. Before this saw and not steel cutting blade I never knew I could cut steel with a perfectly clean Edge. Even the general-purpose blade but still clean and cold. Your product comes just as advertised. “This low rating is more a reaction to what I consider to be very poor customer service. If the ethos of a company is to lever as much money out of the customers as possible then I do not want to continue my relation with them. My beef is very small.. two foot blocks fell off my Rage 3b mitre saw and they wanted me to pay for new ones. A breakage or worn out components I readily accept responsibility for but bits that drop off due to poor construction should be an issue for Evolution ..not for me..so in a fit of pique I made my own blocks out of dowels.. job done ..bit with a low regard for their company policy as a result..it’s a shame.”

“Had a Rage 7s jigsaw for a few years now. I'm on the 4th blade now,snapping one and wearing the others.It cuts through most materails includtng metal(checkerboard steel and alumiun sheet)plastic and wood.Had the blade holder come apart twice due to me letting the saw bouce.But due to the parts diagrams online it's easy to find and order the bits cheaply.Much better than other jigsaws.Also had the genny engine combo a few years back worked well,but had to get bigger genny for the bus.”
