first i received damage and send back and came back same they send me back same saw without any change , pulse box is completely damage which tell me how its been handle while they had it. not happy at all to bye from them .

Purchased a Fury 5 S table saw. Can’t cut straight or at any angle, the fence guide moves when cutting and the mitre gauge has so much play forgot about it. Missing bolts and nuts. Not fit for purchase, will eBay or throw in the bin, utter piece of cr*p First Evolution product and will be my last. Will stick with my standard Brands from now.

Sent me the totally wrong item, rang customer service who wouldn’t replace it but did arrange a collection. But after 2 weeks I didn’t have a refund and had to chase them for it. Did eventually get my money back but they didn’t do a good job of putting right their mistake.

They promised me tools for my metalwork, videos wich I sent them for free and were used on there facebook and I never got thanked, just phonecalls ignored. Benn years of upset. i wud buy a makita.

Item didn’t arrive in time paid extra for delivery and it took 3 phone calls before my order got sent then I was waiting about another 2 weeks before the item come when they said it would be there within 1-2 working days never buying from these again

Purchased an Evolution Fury S table saw. Poor quality control, missing any M6 bolts washers. Could not even build the product let alone cut wood. Failed in step 1 ended up in Screwfix to get some M6 bolts. Should have known not to buy, as I wanted a Clarke table saw but was sold out. Salesman talked me into it. Once the table saw was built, try cutting anything straight! Fence guide moves when locked, mitre gauge has so much play you will never cut 2 pieces of wood the same. All in all rubbish and complete waste of money and time.

Purchased Evolution Folding Mitre Stand at £99.99 and R255SMS-DB+ Double Bevel Multi-Material Sliding Mitre Saw with plus pack £249.96 both from Amazon, raised a complaint about the cutting blades, not fit for purpose, within 24 hrs of receiving both Items. that was 10 days ago, the complaint is still ongoing. Very poor customer relationships, I will possibly have to return both items before my rights lapse.

Machine Rage 5s en panne pendant ma semaine de test. L'interrupteur ne fonctionne plus, je dois rester appuyé sur le bouton pour qu'elle tourne et donc impossible de travailler avec un doigt sur le bouton et une main sur la table. En attente du retour de vacance du SAV.

Teeth broke off blade after about 30 or 40 cuts If I had it to do over I’d buy a Makita saw

Staff very short and snippy upon arrival for click and collect at Sheffield branch. I rang ahead to ensure my order was ready before my arrival; member of staff dealing with me seemed very annoyed at me turning up to collect my order. Took the member of staff a couple minutes to even acknowledge I was present at the warehouse door. One ignored me and the other reluctantly dealt with me; if you can even call it dealing with me at that. I even had to go on their internal landline phone to chat to the woman on the other end who was helpful in finding my order. This was during the peak of covid-19 and they made me handle their internal phone which was very dangerous looking back. Person who I was dealing with was very unhappy I didn't have a pen to sign for my order and instead hastily scribbled my name on the piece of paper. Phoned up by evolution a few weeks later asking if I even received my order as they had nothing saying I had. Seems rather unorganized for click and collect. Saw is decent blades don't last very long when cutting steel. I chose click and collect as I'm fairly local and needed the saw sooner rather than later. I won't be using their services again due to the awful treatment I received from their of staff.

I believe I have been dealing with another company reading some of the reviews. Bought my miter saw in 2016, used it twice and stored until December 2018. It stopped working contacted them response in January 2019, they promised to respond did not happen, next bit was my fault I did not chase them up. Waited about a year as I had other things on my plate. Contacted them and they could find no trace of my contact , they then could find no registration details. I was forced to find the original purchase details which I was able to find then I had to acquire a receipt from the supplier. I found out the machine had a three year warranty so at the time of failure it had Six months warranty left. Got to the situation where they accepted a warranty claim, the process stalled again. I had to contact them to find out if they were going to fulfil their obligations, process started, the said their courier would pick it up but only if it was boxed, they then agreed to send me a box. The unit was collected and returned in less than a week. Their diagnosis was water damage and the machine had been stalled causing damage to the brushes and the armature. The machine had been stored in a plastic bag in my dry garage. Water damage a mystery. On return the paperwork said 90 day warranty. short changed or what? Not impressed they failed to get back to me after initial contact. At the initial point of contact it had at least 6 months warranty left. Used twice failed on third use told to check the brushes myself , not a great believer in taking machines apart when they fail leaves you open to claim you caused the problem. Evolution customer service is poor Evolutions records are poor. Would I recommend their product, what do think? Would I buy any evolution product again, once bitten twice shy? Bought a machine for its metal cutting capabilities so far have not been able to use it for this purpose. Evolution needs to evolve Not impressed Price was good delivery was over the counter at a national chain, returns difficult would not give me a refund as I had not bought it from them should have stuck to my trusty hack saw.

I bought a cut off saw that burned after 14 months. I contacted evolution power tools to fix it and the cost was more than the cost of the new saw... I made sure I bought another saw from another brand.

Yes l do have an evolution power tool but unfortunately cannot use it to give you a rating. I have been trying to send back to this i force marketing for a month and hopefully get what l asked for in the first place

Don’t believe the next day delivery statement. Still waiting and order still showing as unfulfilled. Off to buy the festool equivalent Won’t be entertaining the idea of evolution again.

Very sad to hear a company that prides it self of being British yet its items aren't made in the uk and they post photos of British army using there saw for advertising yet dont support are troops with any forces discount.
