“I will Never use this company again was sent a faulty product complained then was sent a new part I’m not a service engineer it’s still broken and my emails are being ignored not happy rubbish after sales do not use this company”

“I had the EVOLUTION R255SMS 255MM ELECTRIC SINGLE-BEVEL SLIDING MITRE SAW 220-240V for 1 month before the motor give up and had to return it and because of a lack in supplies it could not be replace, great saw so it was a shame it broke.”

“Never accurate always way off. Most are dangerous and have almost lead to death plenty of times. thisnis how tools can evolve into dangerous weapons and sold with more money in the advert and look than the product and safety. customer service is a joke if you complain they dont reply even after 3 emails over 1 month. Saw i said the saw almost killed me and delete it obviously. It says there there for you if you have issues. The shop i got the tools from had to honor me 9 months later as evution said nothing.”

“The compactor plate is broken, spoke to them on 4 occasions, I'm still left with a compactor plate 3 months old that cost £350 and is not fit for purpose, now have to hire one to get job done each week. Very poor”

“After several uses, I noticed that the saw was crookedly cut. I contacted the seller who, as it turned out, does not have any service because he buy saws on the English market. I finally found a certified Evolution services in Poland. The problem was in poorly drilled holes that prevented the bumper from being positioned at 90 degrees. Unfortunately, the saw still cuts crookedly, and I no longer have the strength for more calls and shipments to the service. Unfortunately, I regret buying this saw very much. Daniel Grobelny from Poland.”
