“Jigsaw parts ordered. Arrived but poor fit so not usable. Contacted Evolution Customer Services. Promised a call from Technical Support also forwarded photos as requested. 3 days later still waiting. Job unfinished. Now I can check to see if my machine has an 18V battery and can I also provide my serial number. What is going on Evolution? Like your equipment but your back up is a different matter.”

“Great pricing, very well designed and manufactured power tools. Service from Evolution is always very good however the same cannot be said for UPS who deliver Evolution products. My mitre saw finally arrived after 7 days, five of which it spent at the UPS Northampton depot.”

“I purchased the ST2800, 110 inch saw track from Evolution. One section was bowed 0.005" in 4 feet, the length of my Starrett straight edge. The other was bowed 0.002" in 4 feet. I consider 0.005" acceptable, but not outstanding. The track ends were badly out of square. That was easy to correct but should not have been necessary. I know Evolution recommends leaving a gap between adjacent rail sections when joining. Better workmanship would make that unnecessary. I have no experience with other brands of track so I can't compare. All things considered, I find this track adequate for its intended purpose.”

“Very high quality tools. I drilled over 80 holes in steel 3/4 inch thick with one Anular bit in their Mag Drill. Bit is still sharp after all those holes. Use plenty of cutting fluid.”
