“I recently purchased an Evolution S355MCS Metal Chop Saw. I have lusted for a metal chop saw for my farm shop for decades after adding one for woodworking. My typical cutting in the shop is angle less than 3", bar stock, tube less than 3-4" and C channel up to 5-6". I mostly wanted a dry saw that would cut straight cuts perfectly but sprung for the more expensive model for two reasons, I did not want to wish I had later when I needed a perfect angle cut and I loved the clamping system. I put it into use today for the majority of the day cutting stock to make sides for a new trailer. Extremely impressive. I don't know how long a blade lasts before maintenance or replacement is required but I did notice with my cutting in one day there was a significant decrease in sharpness which did not surprise me-I made 14 cuts through 2" x 4" x 3/16" tube for extra stake pockets on my trailer. I gave the adjustable holding clamps a work out and they performed really well. I do have a couple of questions to ask the manufacturer regarding use of the clamping system in tight short piece cutting but I effectively managed multiple cuts on short pieces of stock. Anyway, suffice it to say, it was all I had hoped for in a dry chop saw and more. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good professional quality metal cutting chop saw.”

“WHEN I OPENED THE BOX I FOUND A COUPLE OF PARTS WERE DAMAGED. EVOLUTION REPLACED THESE QUICKLY AND WITHOUT FUSS. I HAVE WORKED THE MACHINE AND AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS SO FAR. HOWEVER, THE MITRE GAUGE IS NOT PERFECT SO I WILL REPLACE IT WITH A CROSSCUT SLED MADE USING THE TABLE SAW. FOR THE PRICE OF THE MACHINE I THINK I HAVE GOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, HOWEVER, TIME WILL TELL, ASK ME AGAIN IN 12 MONTHS.”

“Not used it as yet but gave it a little dry run after assembling, lights are very bright and will cone in use. This is the third item I have purchased of the evaluation range and they have been great and going strong. Very easy buying online and great delivery times and delivered on time.”

“Staff are easy to talk to and know the products well, web site easy to use. All as you would expect, but not always experienced with other organisations. Bought the R185CCSX Bundle. Great product, wish I had found this much earlier!!!!0 Quickly followed my first use of it by ordering the ST1400 Track, extra clamps and extra track joining strips so I now have 2.4.”

“Been looking at this saw for a long time reading other’s reviews on YouTube then my particular saw came on offer before Christmas so ordered it and got it four days before it’s due date which was an amazing service.Was easy to assemble and I also purchased the stand to go with the saw which is very well built have not used yet as waiting to build my driveway gates”

“You have to be an idiot not to buy an Evolution product! When I opened the boxes, I was very pleased with my S355CPS and Chop Saw Stand. I'm not a big fan of FedEx because I had to get my items from my neighbor's porch. But, I am very pleased with these products. I do wish I ordered the S380CPS instead. The extra additional changes would be worth the additional $100.00. I'll save the box in case Evolution wants to swap me for the 380. I plan to purchase more products from this company.”

“It's a cheap saw the saw bed is to small I have a old fury 5 s had to take the saw bed off my old saw that's 50mm bigger put on my new saw cutting back on new saw s so you can make more money Not good”
